All Clients of the Pilates Studio must register as a customer with our online booking system (TeamUp) and complete the required contact and health check forms before booking and attending classes. This gives us some information about you, your lifestyle and any medical history that might relevant to your practising Pilates.

Not all classes are suitable for all clients and we will do our best to accommodate you in a class that is most appropriate to your Pilates experience and level of general fitness.

We may ask that clients with particular health issues attend a private 1-2-1 Pilates session prior to joining a Pilates Class

All classes and Pilates sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via the online booking system.

Pilates sessions are purchased via “class packs” which provide a certain number of ‘credits’ that can be used to register for relevant classes or private sessions.

Class packs will expire after a set period of time and all credits must be used before the expiry date. Any unused credits cannot be carried forward or refunded. Full details of the duration of class packs can be found in the booking website.

Cancellation Policies

If you are registered for a Pilates Class or Private session that you are unable to attend it is possible to unregister and have your ‘credit’ returned to use to book an alternative class instead.

ONLINE & STUDIO-BASED PILATES CLASSES – you may book out of a Pilates class up to 24 hrs before the start of the class and your credit will be returned to use again. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of the class are LATE CANCELLATIONS and the credit will not be returned.

PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS – you may cancel or re-schedule a pre-booked private session up to 24HOURS before the session is due to begin. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session are LATE CANCELLATIONS and cannot be rescheduled. The sessions will be classed as having been taken.
